CANCELLING AN ORDER

There is a 25% cancellation fee on any order that has been processed.   Custom orders that are in production cannot be cancelled.

A monthly charge of 12.5% of the outstanding balance may be assessed on past due accounts.  Past due accounts will automatically have future orders shipped on a prepaid or COD basis, at our discretion.
