DAMAGED CAUSED IN SHIPMENT

Please take the following steps when reporting damaged ornaments:

1. Contact us via email or call us within 5 days of receipt.   We will need your name, shipping address, USPS tracking number and damage details.   

2. Contact USPS at www.usps.com to report the damage. USPS needs the tracking # on the box and they will arrange for a pick-up. Please return everything to the box exactly the way you received it.

We will replace your damaged ornaments promptly. Please be sure to contact us immediately.   Failure to notify us within 5 days of delivery of any damaged merchandise makes replacements very difficult and therefore may result in forfeiting your replacement.

ORNAMENT DEFECTS AND INCORRECT ORDERS

Please contact us immediately if you are not satisfied with your ornaments.   We will give you the option to order a replacement or credit you for the cost of the ornament less shipping costs. Failure to notify us with in 5 days of delivery results is a forfeit of a replacement or refund.
