PLACING YOUR ORDER

Whether you mail/fax your order or submit your order online via Paypal, you will receive an email response shortly after we've received your order request.

We will process your order upon receipt.   Remember, all ornaments are made individually.   The current year's collection is generally available for shipment within a few days.   Expect custom color orders to ship in two weeks.

ORDER INQUIRIES

Once your order is shipped, we will include a UPS tracking number in our email notification to you.   This will allow you to follow your ornament shipment.
